Lake George Elvis Festival- May 30th- June 2nd
Shake, rattle and roll at our hotel while celebrating the life and music of Elvis Presley with Las Vegas style tribute shows, a three day competition featuring more than 50 artists, Elvis cruises on Lake George, after-hours parties in the village and an Elvis collectibles sale.
Americade- June 3rd - 9th
Americade is the world's largest multi-brand motorcycle touring rally, attracting over 50,000 people annually to Lake George Village. Hotel rooms at the Motel Montreal for Americade are limited and early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Firemen’s Association Convention- June 19th - 22nd
Although West Glens Falls is hosting the 2013 convention, the staff at the Lake George Motel Montreal thanks the members of the Hudson Valley (NY) Volunteer Firemen’s Association for their patronage at our hotel and for their service to our communities. We hope that the convention will return to Lake George Village in the near future and we remind the HVVFA members that the Motel Montreal is a short distance from the parade.

Saratoga Racetrack Opening Weekend- July 19th - 20th
Opening weekend at Saratoga Racetrack is very special and we invite you to join in the festivities. The Lake George Motel Montreal is a short drive (about 25 minutes) from the racetrack and our guests have the best luck of any of the Lake George hotels!
Lake George Music Festival- August 16th - 22nd
Come enjoy Lake George Village's first and only classical music festival. Founded in 2011, the participating musicians work closely together in a tight-knit community performing daily open rehearsals and free public concerts. All events take place in public venues and are free of charge!

Travers Stakes at Saratoga Racetrack- August 24th - 25th
The Travers Stakes is the biggest thoroughbred horseracing event of the year in Saratoga. We have a limited number of rooms available for the 2013 Travers Stakes weekend and advance reservations are strongly encouraged.
Labor Day Weekend 2013 - August 30th - September 2nd
Head to Lake George for one final mini-vacation before the leaves start changing colors and the kids are back in school. The Motel Montreal has some great discount rooms and special Labor Day packages (more info here).
Adirondack Nationals Car Show- September 5th - 8th
The Adirondack Nationals (NY) Car Show at Lake George features classic and muscle cars, custom and street rods and all kinds of fun. Check out the car-related vendors, enter the scavenger hunt, and watch fireworks in Lake George Village. The hotel is located just off of Canada Street, in perfect view of the Friday and Saturday night cruises. Hotel rooms for the Adirondack Nationals Car Show weekend are limited and early reservations are encouraged.
Lake George Village Jazz Festival- September 14th - 15th
Jazz enthusiasts, you don't want to miss this weekend festival of outdoor entertainment, featuring a talented lineup of jazz musicians and groups in the village and down by the lake. Visit our friends at the Lake George Arts Project for more information and a schedule of artisits.
Adirondack Balloon Festival- September 20th - 22nd
Every year, hundreds of balloons fill the autumn sky with their fun shapes and brilliant colors and add to the already radiant fall foliage in the Adirondacks of upstate New York. Watch hot air balloons take off and fly off dozens at a time over the village at the Adirondack Balloon Festival. This is a great early fall foliage getaway for leaf peepers in the Adirondacks and lots of fun for the entire family.
World's Largest Garage Sale- October 4th - 6th
Warrensburg, NY is the home of the largest garage sale in the world where you will find just about anything you can imagine. The sale stretches for miles starting south of Lake George Village and continuing north into Warrensburg, NY. The sale officially starts Saturday but many mini-sales start as early as Friday morning. So take a day off from work and come up on Thursday night and enjoy fall foliage in the Adirondacks and the largest garage sale in the world.
Columbus Day & Thanksgiving (Canada) - October 11th - 14th
There is a chill in the air and the leaves are changing color, Columbus Day and Thanksgiving (Canada) weekend is the perfect time for one final road trip before winter rolls in. Lake George Village is open for business, the cruiseships are running and it is never too early for some holiday shopping in bewteen leaf-peeping trips.
Closing Weekend 2013- October 18th - 20th
This will be our last weekend of the season before we close the doors, drain the pipes and hibernate for the winter. Come stay with us at Motel Montreal one last time in 2013!
