Great Location & Very Clean

| My wife put it best by saying she could "feel the
clean" of our room. No dirty corners, no random stains,
no signs of previous visitors, and just a hint of cleaner
in the air. We could tell the owners and staff took pride
in the building. I had researched and the nightly rate was
lower than neighboring motels. The motel is at the end of
the strip, which was great because we were able to walk to
everything and yet we weren't staying in the middle of everything.
Loved it. If you want to be close to everything and don't
need to be directly on the water (though, the lake is very
close) then Motel Montreal might be a good choice.

| Rooms are very clean. Dennis and Teresa are very helpfull
in finding areas to either shop or eat. Motel is located walking
distance to all shopping, dining and the lake itself. Pool
is great and parking in front of our room is always key!!
We have been staying at the Montreal for 4 years straight
and we look forward to going back every year.

| The motel was great, the owners very friendly, I felt
as if I was at home. The location is excellent, very quiet
and relaxing. Teresa couldn't have been more accomadating
to us. Always a pleasant conversation we her. The rooms are
very clean and comfortable.
I recommend that you stay at Motel Montreal whenever you
get a chance to visit Lake George, NY. |

| I was not sure what the room would be like when we heard
the great rate. What a wonderful surprise to find that everything
was very nice. The bathroom was so clean and the shower was
so refreshing with the gentle, refreshing spray. The mattress
was the most comfortable any of us slept on in a motel room.
All four of us agreed. The outside was comfortable and relaxing.
A close walk to beach and Village.
I highly recommend this motel and will definately stay there
again. |

| I was very pleased with everything about this motel. Being
on a limited budget, for what the room cost I did not expect
much. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room and
bathroom were the cleanest I have ever seen. I have never
slept in a motel bed as comfortable as this one was. I did
not want to leave the shower as the spray was so relaxing.
It felt like a gentle rain caressing and refreshing me. We
spent many hours sitting outside in the comfortable chairs
facing the pool and walking to the beach and enjoying the
lake.
The staff was very friendly, pleasant and very helpful.
I will stay here every time I am in the area.

| My wife and I just returned from spending six great days
at Motel Montreal. You can't call it the Ritz, but you certainly
can say that it is very clean, updated, well kept, a beautiful
pool, reasonably priced, and very convenient to everything.
We loved it, and would definitely recommend it to anyone we
know.
I am very likely to return to the Motel Montreal.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

| We are so pleased to say that our three day stay at Motel
Montreal was an extremely pleasant one. We loved the quite nights,
fun filled days at the pool and the hospitality of the owners.
We asked for beach towels and they accomodated us. The room
was cleaned exceptionally well. No one bothered you and the
other people who stayed at the motel were friendly. We loved
the fact that everything was within walking distance to all
the attractions and the stores. Restaurants where in abundance
of walking distance also. Thumbs up to the owners and we look
forward to next year. We had a great time. Christine and Joe |
Nice relaxation place and location

| Stayed here week of July 4th. The location is perfect, at
1 end of the village in Lake George, just far enough from the
busy downtown but very close to walk to all the activities.
The room was clean and in great shape. The grounds were in good
shape with a clean pool and lounge chairs. Only complaint would
be that you can hear people walk by outside the room going to
their rooms, but it wasn't too bad. I stayed for 3 nights and
would go back in a flash. Rates were much lower than other nearby
motels that weren't in such a good location. |

| My husband and I just came back from Lake george and we stayed
at Motel Montreal. I think it is the best motel in Lake George
and very affordable as well. It is 2-3 mins walk to all the
main attractions, the staff was nice and the rooms/bathroom
are extremely clean and looks new. |
