All guests have access to our swimming pool and sundeck with Lake George views, the outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars and fresh mountain air and our barbecue grills and picnic area. We offer special group rates for family reunions and other group events in Lake George.

Rates are subject to New York State and local village taxes and charges. A deposit of one-night stay is required to reserve. All cancellations require 14-days advance notification and a 20% handling fee will be discounted from all refunds. Deposits are subject to forfeiture in the event of a cancellation within the 14-day window. All sales are final and no refunds will be given following check-in. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian to check into the hotel. Rollaway beds are available for an additional $15.00 per night plus tax. Due to increased costs, we are forced to institute a 4.0% surcharge on all credit or debit card transactions. To avoid paying this surcharge, please pay your balance with cash, postal money order or bank check.
